How payments, identity checks and tickets are kept safe on GidiSquare Events.
Payments
Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. GidiSquare does not store full card numbers.
Organisers are paid into a bank account verified with Stripe.
Identity checks
Marketplace sellers may be verified by Shufti Pro. As set out in our main Privacy Policy, we receive the verification result. We do not store the ID documents.
Event organisers complete payout verification with Stripe. Stripe collects identity and bank details.
Tickets
Each paid ticket has a unique code. Door staff can mark it used. Used, refunded, or void tickets should not be accepted.
Accounts
Keep your login private. Email support@gidisquare.co.uk if you think someone else used your account.
Security limits
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No platform is perfectly secure.
