GidiSquare Events is how you find events and sell tickets on GidiSquare.
Buyers
- 1Find an event on GidiSquare.
- 2Choose your tickets and pay.
- 3Get your ticket by email and in your account.
- 4Show the QR code at the door.
Organisers
- 1Create an event and set ticket types.
- 2Add a cover image and at least one active tier, then publish — it goes live immediately. No review, no waiting.
- 3For paid tickets, connect payouts with Stripe first. Stripe checks your identity and bank. GidiSquare does not charge you for that check.
- 4Set up your organiser profile (display name, support email, logo) — optional, and it never blocks anything.
- 5Share your event link.
- 6After the event, ticket money is sent to your verified bank. New organisers are paid after the event, not as soon as a ticket sells.
Who does what
The organiser runs the event. GidiSquare provides the listing, checkout, tickets, and payout tools. We are not the venue and we do not put the event on ourselves.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe. GidiSquare does not store full card numbers.
Fees
Organisers pay £0 platform fee.
Buyers pay a booking fee on paid tickets. Free tickets have no fee.
